Our client wished to deliver improved results in a number of supply categories and was also keen to formalise a consistent approach for supply planning.

We developed and implemented individual supply plans for the identified categories of training and development, travel, and consultancy services, using a consistent methodology that also involved internal staff in all processes to ensure effective transfer of knowledge.

As a result, the bank saved in excess of 20% of their historic expenditure in these categories, and gained a supply planning methodology that they will now be able to apply to other categories to achieve further savings.
