Business case for a National Dental Data Collection

Our client needed to develop a business case for a National Dental Data Collection.

Our approach delivered a thorough analysis of the environment, the requirements, and the business implications. We reviewed the appropriate international research, and conducted a series of structured interviews and surveys with stakeholders in New Zealand. From this information, we constructed a robust Business Case including a high level cost/benefit analysis.

Armed with a full understanding of the business issues in the establishment of the data collection, our client was able to recommend a course of action to senior management.
