Strategic procurement

The Council needed a documented policy to ensure they were able to manage consistent and effective procurement across all their divisions and functions.

We developed a comprehensive procurement policy, using an inclusive and consultative approach to ensure wide buy-in. The staged implementation process we planned included proof of concept and user education.

This meant the Council was able to achieve rapid understanding and acceptance of the policy and from there develop a procurement strategy and appropriate operational procedures.
